Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — $15 CAD
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — $25 CAD
Free Shipping: On all orders over $500 CAD

All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post or a comparable carrier with full tracking and insurance included.

US orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering.

Every order includes full tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early) then contact us for assistance.

All KZNV orders are fully insured during transit at no additional cost. Orders over $300 CAD require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or full refund.
