Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your desired piece and size, then add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout where you can enter your shipping details and payment information. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at hello@kznv.com. Once an order has entered production or been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every KZNV order arrives in our signature packaging — a premium jewelry box nestled inside a branded gift bag. No additional gift wrapping is needed, though you can add a personalized message at checkout.

Are your prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes, all prices on our website are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). International customers may see converted prices at checkout based on their local currency.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders (Canada) typically arrive within 3–7 business days. US orders arrive within 5–10 business days. International shipping takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination. All orders include tracking.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $500 CAD within Canada and the United States. Orders under $500 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us at hello@kznv.com.

Is my order insured during shipping?

Yes. All KZNV orders are fully insured during transit. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging. Items must be in the same condition as received. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@kznv.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes! We offer complimentary exchanges for different sizes within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and desired size, and we'll arrange the exchange. If the new size is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Ring Sizing

How do I find my ring size?

The most accurate method is visiting a local jeweller for professional sizing. At home, you can wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. Refer to our Ring Sizing Guide page for a complete size chart and conversion table.

What if I order the wrong size?

No worries — we offer complimentary size exchanges within 30 days. Simply contact us and we'll arrange the swap. For rings that can be resized, we also offer a one-time complimentary resizing service.

Do your rings run true to size?

Yes, our rings are crafted to standard North American sizing. Wider bands (6mm+) may feel slightly tighter, so we recommend going up half a size for wider styles. Each product page includes specific sizing notes where applicable.

Do you offer a resizing service?

Yes. Most of our gold and silver rings can be resized up or down by 1–2 sizes. Your first resize within 6 months of purchase is complimentary. Contact us at hello@kznv.com to arrange resizing.

Jewelry Care

How should I store my jewelry?

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratching. Keep jewelry away from direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperatures. We recommend storing pieces in the KZNV box they arrive in.

How do I clean my jewelry at home?

For gold and silver pieces, gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, soak in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap for 10–15 minutes, then gently brush with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Rinse and pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals, chlorine, and abrasive cleaners.

When should I remove my jewelry?

Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, cleaning, or applying lotions and perfumes. Chemicals, sweat, and moisture can accelerate tarnishing and affect the finish of your pieces. Put jewelry on last when getting ready and take it off first.

Do you offer professional cleaning services?

Yes. We offer complimentary professional cleaning and inspection for all KZNV pieces. Simply contact us to arrange shipping, and we'll return your jewelry looking as good as new. We recommend professional cleaning once a year for frequently worn pieces.
