Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every KZNV piece. If something isn't right, we make returns and exchanges simple. All unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • 1. Request

    Email us at hello@kznv.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.

  • 2. Ship

    Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Drop it off using the prepaid shipping label we provide.

  • 3. Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Policy Details

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • In their original KZNV packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may not be accepted for return.

Exchanges & Size Swaps

Need a different size? We offer complimentary exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and desired size. We'll ship the new size as soon as we receive your return, or immediately if the item is in stock.

If the requested size is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund or help you choose an alternative piece.

Refund Timeline

Return received & inspected: 1–2 business days
Refund processed: 5–7 business days after inspection
Refund appears on statement: 3–5 additional business days (varies by bank)

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or engraved pieces
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been resized after purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs. Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
